Be Ready for Doctor is a visit-preparation tool by Pratik Vyas Physio. It does not diagnose, provide medical advice, or replace a healthcare professional.

Information you enter

The app lets you enter profile details, symptoms, medical history, medicines, allergies, functional limits, and goals. This health information stays in the browser or app storage on your device. We do not receive it, create an account for you, or store it on our servers.

Sharing your report

Your report leaves your device only when you choose to print, copy, save, or share it. You control the recipient and sharing method. Review the report before sharing it.

Voice input

If you choose voice input, your device or operating-system speech service may process the audio under its own privacy terms. The app does not keep an audio recording.

Website operation

The hosting service may process limited technical information, such as an IP address, browser type, and request time, to deliver and secure the website. We do not use advertising trackers or analytics in the app.

Your choices

You can use “Clear my information” to erase saved answers. Removing the app or clearing browser site data also removes locally stored answers. Do not use a shared device if others should not see your information.

Children and caregivers

A parent or caregiver may complete the questionnaire for another person. The app is not intended for unsupervised use by young children.

Safety

Emergency answers stop the questionnaire and direct the user to emergency services. The screening is not exhaustive. If you believe there is an emergency, call your local emergency number immediately.
